We thank you in advance for being respectful and considerate of other individuals and USO resources when visiting our USO Guam centers and/or participating in any of our programs. Your support and cooperation will help us continue to deliver USO goodness to our military community.
Please keep the following “house rules” in mind:
Guests must be respectful and considerate of others while visiting USO Guam centers or participating in USO Guam programs. Respectful language, tone, and conduct are expected at all times. USO Guam will not tolerate any form of violence, harassment, act of aggression, horseplay, or disruptive language or behavior.
Guests must wear appropriate clothing and footwear at all times while visiting USO Guam centers or participating in USO Guam programs. Walking around barefoot in USO Guam centers is strictly prohibited for safety and sanitation. USO Guam centers and programs welcome guests of all ages, so please be considerate of others and avoid wearing anything too revealing, explicit, or containing profane or offensive messages.
Guests are expected to clean up after themselves and properly dispose of garbage. Food and beverages should also be kept in designated areas and should never be around USO electronic equipment and computers. Please be considerate so others may enjoy the USO.
All borrowed items (gaming equipment, headphones, chargers, etc.) must be returned to the USO Guam center you are visiting before departure.
All dependents under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by their parent/guardian at all times while visiting USO Guam centers or participating in USO Guam programs. Parent/guardian supervision includes ensuring no shouting, loud play, jumping or running, eating in non-food areas, disregarding staff/volunteer guidance, improper use of furniture, etc. Parents/guardians are responsible for requesting refreshments and USO equipment for their dependents under the age of 18 due to safety concerns and must clean areas and equipment after use. Active play must occur in the designated family room, and a parent/guardian must be present - babysitting is not permitted in USO Guam centers. USO Guam may ask families with unsupervised or misbehaving minors to depart the center.
Guests must report any damaged or misplaced USO property to USO staff or volunteers. If guests (or their dependents under the age of 18) are responsible for causing damage or misplacing any USO property, they will be liable for replacing these items, including but not limited to USO equipment, furniture, or furnishings.
Alcohol (including open/unopened containers), illegal drugs, weapons, and the use of tobacco products and vapes are strictly prohibited in USO Guam centers and programs. Only military law enforcement officers on OFFICIAL DUTY may carry their duty weapon while visiting USO Guam centers on official business.
Guests may not sell products or services in USO Guam centers and are prohibited from advertising or promoting any products or services for sale and/or using USO resources to support for-profit or political activities.
Please direct any questions or concerns to the USO Guam Area Office at guam@uso.org or Facebook/Instagram @USOGuam.
