Red Rice and Chicken Kelaguen: Master Chef Cooking Class - USO Andersen
March isn’t over yet so we’re still celebrating Mes Chamoru and sharing the amazing local culture with our service and family members!
What speaks more about traditions and culture (and tastes better, too!) than local food delicacies? Our second cooking class this month featured timeless Chamoru classics - Red Rice and Chicken Kelaguen - delicacies that can be found at any local gathering whether small BBQs or big fiestas.
A warm and heartfelt “Si Yu'os Ma'ase’!” to Mrs. Lori Naputi, our chef of the evening and proud military spouse, and our friends at the Andersen AFB Airman & Family Readiness Center for partnering with us to host this class.
