USO is committed to supporting military and family members impacted by COVID-19, including Sailors from the USS Theodore Roosevelt (TR)
The USO Guam Team thanks the caring individuals throughout Guam and the world for your calls & emails asking how to help USS Theodore Roosevelt sailors and families. We currently have ample supplies to continue preparing care packages but still need your help. You will make a tremendous difference in our ability to continue delivering the USO mission.
To date USO has provided the following:
- 8,000+ hygiene & non-perishable snack care packages delivered through military distribution channels
- As part of our ongoing support, the USO will deliver an additional 1,000 hygiene and food care packages in the near future
- We are providing hot meals for military security and medical teams working long shifts to care for TR sailors with 800+ meals delivered to date
- USO will also contribute 20,000 masks, 3,000 KN95 masks and 300 protective suits for military medical providers.
