Beginners Yoga at USO Naval Base Guam
Namaste to all who joined our beginners Yoga class.
USO Naval Base Guam hosted a beginners class featuring Certified Yoga Instructor, Juanita McCarthy, at the newly opened center aboard US Naval Base Guam.
Participants enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the center during the class and learned about USO programs and services available to spouses and families!
