USO: Celebrating 75 Years
The USO Guam, “Where America’s Day Begins,” celebrated the USO’s 75th Anniversary. The celebration commemorated 75 years of unwavering support for our servicemen and their families.
Guest speakers included Jeff Jones, USO Guam Advisory Council President; Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo (via video message); Brigadier General Roderick Leon Guerrero, Adjutant General, Guam National Guard; Brigadier General Andrew Toth, Commander, 36th Wing; Rear Admiral Bette Bolivar, Commander Joint Region Marianas; and Brigadier General (Ret) Charles “C.K.” Hyde, Regional Vice President, USO Pacific.
Special thanks to the all USO Guam Volunteers and supporters, U.S. Naval Hospital Guam Choir for singing the National Anthem and Guam Hymn, Black Tie Guam, QMS Event Lighting, Island Cuisine, and Tropic Trio!
