Hafa Adai Vice Admiral Yancy B. Lindsey, Commander, Naval Installations Command
GUAM - Vice Adm. Yancy B. Lindsey, commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC), and CNIC Force Master Chief Gregory Vidaurri visited military installations on Guam Jan. 31-Feb. 1. Lindsey and his staff were briefed on installation missions, toured base facilities including Navy housing, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation centers, and various construction sites, and met with Sailors, Airmen, and other Department of Defense personnel.
