USO Tumon Bay - Local Favorites Cooking Demonstration
USO Tumon Bay hosted a cooking demonstration for members of Guam Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Connection (GNOSC). USO Tumon Bay Center Manager Vic Tano along with volunteers Liezl Oku, Ticia-Marie Hill, and Su Taitano shared recipes and tips on preparing local favorites including lumpia, chicken kelaguen, and pancit. Guam Naval Officers’ Spouses’ Connection is a Silver Sponsor of USO Guam whose contributions include financial support and organization of two major annual events: GNOSC-USO Spring Furniture Bazaar and GNOSC-USO Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair.
