Facility Reservation Requests
USO Guam accepts reservation requests for official military command/unit and organization functions. Due to operational requirements, we no longer offer reservations for private/personal use (such as birthday parties, baby showers, graduations, etc.).
Please submit your request at least 10 business days prior to your event. All submissions will be reviewed and responded to within 5 business days. We highly recommend conducting a site visit prior to making a reservation to ensure the facility meets your needs.
USO Guam will do its best to accommodate facility reservation requests for official military command/unit and organization functions, including support for military swearing-in ceremonies, re-enlistment ceremonies, and retirement ceremonies with official command sponsorship. Military commands/units and organizations are responsible for providing all equipment, supplies, refreshments, etc. for their functions.
We thank you in advance for understanding that requests are not guaranteed and are subject to operational requirements. USO Guam will do its best to notify the military command/unit and organization POCs of any reservation changes, cancellations, or other issues as soon as possible should an urgent need arise (i.e., high traffic from military movements or exercises).
The USO Admissions Policy* and USO Guam Center Rules of Conduct** will be enforced for all functions. The military command/unit and organization POCs will be responsible for ensuring all their guests abide by these guidelines, and therefore must be eligible for USO center access and present throughout the duration of the function for which they requested to utilize the USO.
Any special requests, including access for close family members or supporters who are non-military ID cardholders for special functions, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by the USO Guam Area Director and USO Center Operations Manager. In the event special access is granted, the military command/unit and organization POCs must provide a full list of attendees to USO staff at least 72 hours in advance and ensure their guests adhere to a specific timeframe for access and use of the center.
