Start your day with peace, balance, and the sound of the ocean. Join us for our monthly Beach Yoga session as we say “Farewell and Following Seas” to our beloved instructor, Christine, and welcome the newest face of USO yoga, Delaina, to our yogi family.
All levels are welcome, just bring the good vibes.
Wednesday, September 3rd 8:00AM - 9:00 AM at Tarague Beach. Bonus! You are invited to stay for an additional 15 minutes of meditation immediately following the class.
Come stretch, breathe, and flow with us as we connect mind, body, and nature.
