Start your day with peace, balance, and the sound of the ocean. Join us for our monthly Beach Yoga session!

All levels are welcome, just bring the good vibes.

Saturday, March 7th, 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM at Tarague Beach. Bonus! You are invited to stay for an additional 15 minutes of meditation immediately following the class.

Come stretch, breathe, and flow with us as we connect mind, body, and nature.

Open to currently serving military and dependents, ages 15+.
